Un sector innovador que resulta estrat\u00e9gico para el territorio, con una forma de hacer propia y una historia milenaria de paisajes, productos y recetas, as\u00ed como de empresas productoras, transformadoras y distribuidoras, que constituyen un aut\u00e9ntico legado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1565 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/institutlactic.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Talent-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/institutlactic.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Talent-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/institutlactic.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Talent-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/institutlactic.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Talent-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/institutlactic.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Talent-1536x1025.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/institutlactic.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Talent-2048x1367.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>En busca de talento e innovaci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dado que uno de los objetivos del Institut es velar por la salud de las personas a trav\u00e9s de la alimentaci\u00f3n, durante el a\u00f1o 2025 se pondr\u00e1n en marcha, entre otras, dos iniciativas pioneras: la primera convocatoria de los <a href=\"#premis\"><strong><u><b>Premios Sergio Calsamiglia a la Iniciaci\u00f3n en la Investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00c1mbito L\u00e1cteo<\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/a>, que se entregar\u00e1n en un acto p\u00fablico durante la primera semana de junio en la Seu d\u2019Urgell y cuyas bases ya est\u00e1n publicadas en la web; y la celebraci\u00f3n de la primera <strong><b>Hackath\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mica<\/b><\/strong>, que se celebrar\u00e1 en el mes de marzo durante el <a href=\"https:\/\/forumdelformatge.cat\/\"><strong><u><b>Foro del Queso Artesano y Catal\u00e1n<\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0que organiza <a href=\"https:\/\/acrefa.cat\/\"><strong><u><b>Acrefa<\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/a>, uno de los patrones del Institut, en el paseo de la Devesa de Girona.<\/p>\n<p>Los Premios a la investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito l\u00e1cteo pretenden convertirse en un escaparate del <strong><b>talento cient\u00edfico catal\u00e1n emergente<\/b><\/strong>, destacando los mejores trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n que, por su innovaci\u00f3n, rigor metodol\u00f3gico y relevancia, contribuyen a avanzar en el conocimiento cient\u00edfico dentro de los \u00e1mbitos relacionados con los productos l\u00e1cteos.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la Hackath\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mica, orientada a estudiantes de cocina y de diet\u00e9tica y nutrici\u00f3n humana, pretende buscar <strong><b>soluciones creativas e innovadoras<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0para adaptar el consumo de l\u00e1cteos a la cantidad de lactosa bien tolerada de cada individuo. Y es que, tal como afirma <strong><b>\u00c0lex Bach<\/b><\/strong>, director del Institut y especialista en nutrici\u00f3n animal, \u201cno todo el que presenta s\u00edntomas gastrointestinales despu\u00e9s de la ingesta de alimentos con lactosa es intolerante a este az\u00facar natural de la leche.
